This clinic has a strong focus on technique and basic stroke patterns. Once players are able to rally consistently, they will be introduced to the dynamics of doubles play, including court coverage and doubles strategy.

Adult Cardio Tennis
For all levels/abilities
This one hour intense cardio workout involves agility ladders, fast-paced footwork drills, and cone agility exercises long with great MUSIC! Players will be taught the basic tennis strokes, but the focus is on the CARDIO. You are guaranteed to leave sweaty and out of breath! This is a great option for those who do not care for the gym but want to exercise in a fun, upbeat group setting or simply want to change up their workout routine.
